WHY IS TAP UNIQUE?

The TAP method removes pain and imbalances and empowers it’s users to tap into their full performance potential by connecting the mind and body. TAP methods increase the quality of the muscles, joints, ligaments, and connective tissue through fascia training. Fascia is the body’s largest sensory organ and through treating and training it effectively improves functional balance and bounce back ability aka resiliency.

HOW DOES TAP WORK?

The core of the TAP method are best practices taken from manual medicine, Physiotherapy, Biomechanics, and strength and conditioning to form foundational strength through developing dynamically stable spines which generate more power through the core and the extremities as a result. This is accomplished through the 3 F’s, Form, Function, and Flow and our ability to manage stress which we do with a variety of mindful training techniques but primarily through our breath which we refer to as “Plus One”.
